The website aperolmadetoshare.gr offers users the ability to locate participating partner venues in their area that are part of the Orange Connection initiative, by scanning a QR code from the wristband they receive. It has been created by the company under the name “CHAPTER FIVE S.A.,” which operates in the field of Advertising – Commerce, headquartered in Athens, 128 Syngrou Avenue, VAT number 099899571, Tax Office K.E.FO.D.E. of Attica (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), in the context of its collaboration with the company “Campari Hellas Single-Member Société Anonyme,” which is headquartered at A’ Industrial Area of Volos, Street 6 & E, VAT number 094191567, Tax Office of Volos, in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Ownership Status of the Website and its Content:
1. The Site belongs to Chapter 5 S.A., and all of its contents, including, indicatively, text, design, logos, graphics, software, applications, icons, and images (the “Content”), are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of Campari Hellas S.M.S.A. or third parties, with all rights reserved, unless otherwise stated.
2. Campari Hellas S.A. is the exclusive holder of the (registered or unregistered) trademarks “Aperol Spritz”, as well as all trade names, distinctive signs, trade dress, and commercial designations associated with the words Aperol Spritz. Other trademarks of Campari Hellas S.A., or of third-party rightsholders, may also appear on the Website, and these remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. The trademarks and elements displayed on the Website are protected by Greek and European Union legislation on the protection of intellectual property rights as well as trademark protection.
3. The use of the Content in any manner other than as provided for in these terms of use is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach, Chapter 5 S.A. and Campari Hellas S.M.S.A. reserve the right to exercise any legal remedy to which they are lawfully entitled.
4. Upon the user’s entry to the Website, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, limited right of access and use of this website and its content elements is granted to them. The license granted does not in any way constitute a transfer of title to the website or its elements and is granted exclusively for the user’s personal, non-commercial use of the Website.

QR Code Scanning of the Wristbands:
1. The QR wristbands provided as part of the Orange Connection initiative are intended exclusively for personal use. Their commercial exploitation, modification, reproduction, or presentation as part of third-party services or content is strictly prohibited.
2. Upon accessing and using the Website, no personal data of users is recorded. When scanning the QR code, only the time and location of the venue (store) where the event will take place under the Orange Connection initiative is logged, exclusively for statistical purposes, without user identification. No information is stored permanently or linked to a natural person, and no profiling-based processing takes place.

Use of the Site
1. The performance or facilitation by the user of acts or omissions that burden, obstruct, or damage the use of the Website in an unlawful manner is strictly prohibited.
2. The downloading of Content from the Site is permitted only for the purpose of personal information regarding the affiliated venues and not for commercial or profit-making purposes, provided that you do not remove, alter, or conceal any information or related rights (intellectual property and other proprietary rights). The user may freely share on social media the page “aperolmadetoshare.gr,” which displays the affiliated venues of the Orange Connection initiative by region.
3. As a condition for accessing and using the Site, you undertake towards Chapter 5 S.A. that you will not use the Site for any purpose prohibited by the terms of use or in any manner that could constitute or encourage conduct that could be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
4. The user agrees to comply with all national or international regulations concerning online conduct and acceptable content, including applicable legislation relating to the transmission of technical data.
